Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or selecting the wrong color.

Please review all product details, sizing charts, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received.

Size Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

Please check the sizing chart before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Because we use a print-on-demand process, production often starts quickly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, if I receive your request before production begins, I'll do my best to accommodate it.
