When will my order ship?
Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times are:
- United States: ESTIMATED TIME 3–7 business days
- International: ESTIMATED TIME 5 - 20+ business days depending on customs and final destination
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, wrong color choice, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at soulgritstudio@aniquefleur.online within 7 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Because we use a print-on-demand process, production often starts quickly after your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please contact me as soon as possible, if I receive your request before production begins, I'll do my best to accommodate it.
After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not gone into production or shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
My package says delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
First, please check with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or delivery carrier.
If you still cannot locate it, contact the carrier using your tracking number.

Do you offer custom orders?

What size should I order?

For a more relaxed fit, many customers prefer sizing up. For a more fitted look, choose your usual size.
How should I care for my item?
For apparel, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron directly over the design
